Payment Terms
All payments for services rendered by Gardener Blackheath are subject to the following terms:
- Invoices are to be settled within 30 days of receipt.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and cash.
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Liability
Gardener Blackheath strives to deliver high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing access to the property during scheduled service times.

Intellectual Property
All content, including designs, plans, and documentation created by Gardener Blackheath, are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use or distribution of our materials is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Changes to Terms

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion if these Terms and Conditions are violated. Termination may result in the discontinuation of services and forfeiture of any payments made for future services.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions shall cease, except for those provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as liability and intellectual property clauses.
Force Majeure
Gardener Blackheath shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God, war, riots, civil disorders, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such invalidity shall not render these terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. The provision will be modified to achieve as nearly as possible the same economic effect as the original provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Gardener Blackheath concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
